Why our ABA team stands apart

Colorado’s most credentialed hands for your child’s care

This is a team that has led ABA practices, supervised clinical teams, run diagnostic assessments, and worked with children in every setting you can imagine, from living rooms to classrooms to clinics. They’ve seen thousands of moments where a child finally says the word, makes the friend, or gets through the transition that used to end in tears.

Now all of that experience is focused on one child: yours.

Our BCBAs and clinical leadership

Meet the experts leading your child’s care

Clinical Director

Rachel Fox

M.A., BCBA

20+ years in ABA | Clinical leadership and treatment planning

Rachel has spent over two decades helping children, teens, adults, and families build the skills that change everyday life, and she’s the clinical force behind every plan at Achieve. With deep expertise in functional behavior assessment, treatment planning, and caregiver coaching, she makes sure ABA is practical, meaningful, and built around each child. Families walk away from working with Rachel feeling confident and capable, and kids walk away having fun. In Rachel’s book, therapy should always be thoughtful, respectful, and a joy to show up for.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Ashley Long

M.Ed., BCBA, LBA-NY

14 years in ABA | Assessment specialist

Ashley has done it all in ABA. She started as a behavior therapist, earned her BCBA a decade ago, and went on to serve as a Clinical Supervisor and as Director of an ABA practice, working across homes, schools, clinics, and communities. At Achieve, she leads the assessments that set every child’s care in motion, making sure families get exactly the services their child needs from day one. Ashley is on a mission to equip families, educators, and providers to support neurodivergent individuals and to build a more inclusive world for them.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Jasmin Sanchez

M.S., BCBA, CA Registered Psychological Associate

Diagnostic and behavioral assessment | Culturally responsive care

Jasmin brings rare double expertise in behavioral and diagnostic assessment, with experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, communication challenges, and other developmental differences. She’s a champion for families in underserved and culturally diverse communities, working to make ABA more accessible and better understood for everyone. Jasmin helps parents see their child’s strengths clearly, then builds smart, practical strategies that lead to progress at home, at school, and out in the world.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Aubrey Souza

BCBA

10+ years in ABA | Functional communication and independence

For more than 10 years, Aubrey has been helping children find their voice and their independence. Her approach zeroes in on functional communication, positive behavior change, and skills that make family life easier right away. As a mom to her own toddler, she knows what everyday life with a little one looks like, and she builds every plan to fit it. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her hiking, camping, or rock climbing somewhere in the Colorado mountains.

Lindsey Gagner, M.A., BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lindsey Gagner

M.A., BCBA

Clinic and in-home ABA | Assent-based care

Lindsey knows ABA from the ground up. She started as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2021, earned her master’s degree from the University of West Florida, and became a BCBA in 2024, so she understands every role on your child’s team. Her care is compassionate, assent-based, and laser-focused on goals that matter to your family. And when your child hits a milestone, big or small, Lindsey will be the first one cheering.

Christine van As, Recruitment and Care Coordinator at Achieve ABA Therapy Group

Christine van As

Care coordination | Family and therapist matching

Christine is the reason families feel at home with Achieve from the very first call. She hand-matches each child with the Registered Behavior Technicians who will work with them, then keeps everything running smoothly from onboarding onward. How our ABA team works together

One team, one plan, one goal: your child

Your child’s BCBA designs the plan, and your Registered Behavior Technician brings it to life session by session. Our clinical leadership keeps a close eye on progress so nothing ever slips. And with your permission, we bring your child’s teachers, pediatrician, and other therapists into the loop, so every adult in your child’s life is pulling in the same direction.

Ongoing ABA training and development

A team that never stops getting better

Plenty of providers say they invest in their staff. At Achieve, we’re accredited to do it. As a BACB Approved Continuing Education Provider, we make ongoing training part of the job, from the latest research in behavior analysis to hands-on coaching in the field. The bar is high, and our team raises it every year.

Parent partnership in ABA therapy

Parents are our partners

You know your child better than anyone, and our team treats you that way. You’ll hear from your BCBA regularly, see exactly how your child is progressing, and learn the same strategies we use in session, so the wins keep coming long after we’ve packed up for the day.
